Operational Forms: Recipes, Instructions and other Operational forms

Exercise 1:

How to peel an orange

A > https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dPmt358Je7c

This version was very tough as I had already cut into the actual orange and my thumb was sore from digging into the skin. As per the instructions i failed but still had an orange to eat.

This version of instructions was much easier and nicer to follow. Instead of using my thumb and cutting into the skin, I just had to score it and then use the handle of a spoon. My thumb was not sore and the orange came out almost near perfect. The instructor took time to show and explain the steps. There were different camera angles to reflect this.

My Version:
1 - Make sure you have an orange, small knife, a spoon and a chopping board2 - Pick up your orange and start scoring it with the small knife around the centre of the orange. Make sure you don't cut into it. Take your time with this if needed.3 - Once you have done that, get your spoon and use the back of the handle to insert it between the peel and the actual orange.4 - Just keep going around and you should start to feel and see the peel coming off. You may need to take the handle in deeper.5 - Once you've peeled one half of the orange, put the peel back on and repeat the same as before on the other side.6 - Once done, you should have a perfectly peeled orange.
